Friends in Need Integrated Development Project
FINIDP is a non-profit in Uganda devoted to providing sustainable solutions aimed at alleviating poverty in their community. Â For the past three summers, HFA members have visited and worked with FINIDP in Uganda. Â Their hospitality and kindness has provided HFA with invaluable firsthand interaction with our sponsored students and the Livestock for Livelihood beneficiaries.Â
TOMS Shoes provides a pair of shoes to a child in need in Argentina or South Africa for every pair of shoes sold. Â HFA has hosted two TOMS events on the Ole Miss campus.
Invisible Children is a documentary series and non-profit organization with the goal of raising awareness about the tragic situation in war-torn Northern Uganda. Â HFA has hosted screenings of their documentaries.
